This fits perfectly with the current Agents of Shield's storyline. And with these few episodes leading up directly to CA2 it seems like the movie will keep going with the storyline.

Well, yeah. THE WINTER SOLDIER was filming at about the time as AGENTS OF SHIELD's pilot. They always knew it was going to end up here.
