Apparently a trending TikTok challenge by user bella_ashley in response to Netflix’s Polish drama “365 Days” asked people to watch the Love’s (film by Gaspar Nor) opening sequence and record their reactions. That might explain why Love is the #1 searches film on Netflix.

Netflix released a list of their most watched original movies (in the first four weeks) .. and it really doesn't add up with the chart data we accumulated lol.

1. Extraction - 99 million - yet only five days at #1
2. Bird Box - 89 million
3. Spenser Confidential - 85 million

5. Murder Mystery - 83 million

They must be worldwide and must have not yet counted 365 Days.

Any idea what Bright finished with? I know it was the biggest until Bird Box. I would have thought 11 million in 3 days would get it to over 55 million.

I don’t trust Netflix reporting their own numbers. Nielson however had Bird Box with 26 million and Bright with 11 million in the first three days.

Not sure how they measured it, but apparently Hamilton was watched three times as much as Netflix’s top show in July - Unsolved Mysteries.

And today Netflix announced they are showing a broadway musical about Princess Diana. So this is gonna be a thing now. Which is good for people who don’t want to pay money to see Book of Mormon and Soon-To-Be-Not-Canon Harry Potter.
