Reviews seem to say The Good Dinosaur is like the Ant-Man of Pixar. It is refreshingly content to be simple.

Everything has totally fallen into place for Creed. Award worthy reviews, great trailers, no competition. It's amazing.

The reviews for Creed are AMAZING. It definitely seems like the BIG fall hit of the year and hopefully it can surprise big time this weekend. Maybe a 5-Day gross in the $45-$50M range instead of the mid 30's.

No sign of Victor Frankenstein on MT. It's discount Tuesday but that impact is mitigated by all the openers bowing tomorrow. I agree with the critic who posited, "What exec thought this was what people wanted around the holidays?".

Spotlight will be expanding to 897 locations this weekend.

I hope they're not expanding too fast. They need to slow their roll after this and probably not expand it again until Oscar nominations in January.

I can see The Night Before increasing due to the holiday theme and lack of new comedy openers. Plus last weekend it faced The Hunger Games opening which I feel attracted a lot of the same audience so that didn't help it.
