I do not have a top ten, but Phoenix's Ti Amo is my #1 for the year, but also one the best albums I've listened to in the last ten years. London Grammar's second album, Truth Is a Beautiful Thing, is also very good. |

Eminem is now releasing on Dec 15. So who will be the big surprise release around Xmas this year? Love that you loved Noel so much though. And I'm thrilled to see Staples up there as he should be on everyone's top ten. Could have sworn i heard and didn't love the Phoenix album, but its not on my big list. So maybe it is good after all! |

Reputation - Taylor Swift 5. Big Fish Theory - Vince Staples 6. Ty Segall - Ty Segall 7. After Laughter - Paramore 8. Science Fiction - Brand New 9. Number One Angel - Charli XCX 10. Waiting On A Song - Dan Auerbach Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds are at #11 and are waiting for someone to slip. |

Nice list. The Dan Auerbach album is indeed very strong. Eclectic sounds/textures and tight, catchy songwriting. I am excited to see him live in 2018. I believe Brand New's record would be on far more year-end lists were it not for the sexual-assault accusations against Jesse Lacey. People were over the moon for their return when it first came out. |
