Goodbyes debuts at #3. OTR has two weeks to go and what could possibly stop it at this point?

The Bieber remix of Bad Guy is doing pretty well

This week:
1. Lil Nas X feat. Billy Ray Cyrus “Old Town Road” (flat)
2. Billie Eilish “Bad Guy” (flat)
3. Post Malone feat. Young Thug “Goodbyes” (debut)
4. Khalid “Talk” (down)
5. Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello “Senorita” (flat)
6. Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber “I Don’t Care” (down)
7. Lizzo “Truth Hurts” (down)
8. Jonas Brothers “Sucker” (down)
9. Post Malone and Swae Lee “Sunflower” (down)
10. DaBaby “Suge” (down)

Does Bad Guy have a chance at number 1 with the remix?

10. Chris Brown feat. Drake “No Guidance” (up)

OTR is guaranteed to break the record unless Bad Guy somehow fills the gap.

20 weeks seems attainable.

Though the billboard article said that it is only leading BG at a 1.3-1 rate this week compared to 1.5-1 last week and 1.9-1 the week before. So OTR might have to sweat after all.

Major congratulations for this achievement. I’m sure we are all sick of the song by now, but its still way better than Despacito and One Sweet Day. And it had such a crazy run, holding off multitudes of A-listers and the hottest pop song of 2019 (Bad Guy).

It’s far worse than the sixteen week number ones. It’s not even close.

It's far better. And I even enjoy Despacito.

Old Town Road intrigues me.

I rarely hear it on the radio and it has relatively low youtube views.

I don't know if I ever hear *any* of the top songs on the radio. The radio seems to be months behind, always.

It has a buttload of YouTube views because the hot 100 formula takes user generated memes into account. Bad Guy would be number one for a couple weeks now without YouTube.

Ariana is releasing a new single tonight. Let's see if it gets blocked too.

I wonder if overexposure will hurt this single. If she waited a year I think a number one would be no problem.

New Ariana Grande song could challenge for number one. Could be close. Too bad the song sucks.

Tool finally released their material digitally and it seems to be doing very well. Sober is #2 on itunes right now behind Ariana. I wonder if itll work its way back into the Hot 100.

How long can this possibly go on? 20+ weeks?

Think if Rihanna releases soon that could challenge it.

Tool set a record by having all their albums in the top 20 at once ... yet their heavily hyped new song Fear Inoculum, which was #1 on itunes for several days, could only manage a #93 debut. Shows just how high of a mountain rock music has to climb just to pierce the veil run by streaming hip-hop.

It debuted on Wednesday, if it had a full week it could have hit the 60’s.

Freaking out. Thinking about what happened in my life while Old Town Road was number one. So much. What an era.
