supposedly (she) mentioned something on BET in an interview....? i know everyone has heard of the ole jamie lee curtis one but this one is new. all i know is that it gives an all new meaning to the term "goodies" (that was in the post somewhere thought it was hilarious) |

well isn't this story all over my school. In biology today someone asked that if Ciara is a hermaphrodite and my biology teacher replied, "Humans can not be hermaphrodites the way animals can be" (meaning they can't have both reproductive organs) "but humans can be sudo-hermaphrodites which is even more traumatic. It's when you're an embryo and some messed up chemical change happens and your born with your testes inside yourself so it appears to be a vagina. So you get raised as a girl and think that you're a girl but then puberty hits and your testes start to grow out of your body and all of a sudden your a man and you have a penis." So what i'm thinking that she must be a sudo-hermaphrodite beacuse that can happen according to my biology teacher. |

I always thought the parents decided which gender they want their child to be at birth when they're born that way? "Do you want it to be a boy or girl?" Something like that... |

Yeah, normally it's the doctor that decides (but asks the parents for permission). The doctor's decision is based on the size of the babies penis. If the penis is small in comparison to other baby penis, they'll make the baby a she, and if it's close to normal they'll make it a boy. |
