Folklore was an ‘instant grower’ for me, if that makes sense. So far I’m not feeling most of Evermore... in fact it’s slightly diminishing my retroactive appreciation for Folklore we’ll see. maybe time will change my take on it

Folklore def grew on me. Especially with the last 3 songs being some of the best on the album.

Fearless remake comes out tonight. Love Story sounded pretty much the same, but there’s like 13 bonus tracks which makes it almost like a new album for me.

Love it. Her voice sounds so much better than before that it elevates nearly all the songs. YBWM will take some time to get used to but other than that definitely prefer this version. Crazy this ended up being a blessing for her discography.

I loved Taylor's Version of Fearless. I haven't listened to all the bonus tracks yet, but the original album itself is excellent. I like how everything is the same but her voice has that slight tinge of more maturity to it that makes it sound different and better.

Red remake out on November 19. Was hyped for Speak Now (and hoped itd be out sooner) but I kinda like that she is going out of order.

Renegade is great! Not sure how this Big Red Machine group got two tracks from her on their album but I’ll happily take new songs!

1989 will obviously be the last one she re records.

It seems like 1989 is done though, at least Wildest Dreams was done since it's in the Spirit trailer.

I think after Red she'll do self-titled and then either 1989 or Speak Now.

1989 has most of her biggest hits, so it’s make sense from a financial standpoint. But Red is the closest in style to Evermore so it makes sense to put it put, then 1989 next year when she presumably changes her sound again.

I wonder if she had to get Sheeran and the Snow Patrol guy to re-record as well?

Ed Sheeran recently said he did his rerecording already, they can't use the other masters so makes sense everything is rerecorded.

I'm out of room in the thread title, but very much looking forward to Red remake releasing tonight. Especially State of Grace.

For the most part TV of Red is great. Not used to the new singles yet but I'm sure I will like I did with Fearless. Alll Too Well is my favorite Taylor song so I'm so used to the OG and I'm not sure how I feel about the 10 minute version but looking forward to the video!

Hmm, so I thought pretty much every song on Fearless was improved by the remake, but don't think that is the case on Red. You can tell she likes some songs more than others. On the poppier songs, her younger voice even fits a bit more. There's also definitely way too much going on in WANGBT.

The slower songs (Treacherous, All Too Well, I Almost Do, Begin Again) are all much better though, feeling like they could easily be on one of the new albums and no one would notice a difference.

It sounds almost identical to the original.

Red is my favorite album by her. The perfect mix of everything.

Her worst albums are Reputation and Evermore

I thought Fearless sounded basically like the original, but I can tell the difference in Red quite a bit on songs like All Too Well, Everything Has Changed and The Last Time
