So... at a rally organized by the Washington State Three Percenters, a right-wing militia group, Cohen managed to "infiltrate" the event disguised as a PAC (Political Action Committee) that paid to sponsor the event. He paid for the musical entertainment, including the stage and equipment, as well as security. He also contracted an ambulance that served as his getaway vehicle once the crowd and organizers realized what was going on after his performance.
Here's his new single (turned sing-a-long...) he debuted at the event, "Chop 'em Up Like The Saudis Do! (Inject Them With the Wuhan Flu)":
