Where Do You Buy Your Books (Comics Included)?
Just curious where, and how, everyone here buys their books, magazines, and/or comics these days.
If you buy largely online, including digital (Kindle, Nook, etc.), vote for the online option and where online you purchase them from (you can vote for multiple options in the poll).

I've bought my last few books on Amazon. Call me old fashioned, but I still use the library too.

Re: Where Do You Buy Your Books (Comics Included)?
I work at a Barnes & Noble, so I primarily shop there, but our location is very busy and in-store stock can be limited at times (and I don't really like shopping online for books). Therefore, I sometimes refrain from buying there to make sales, so I'm also a club member at Books-A-Million and support them as well. It's also possible to get 40% off a lot of the time at BAM!, which can be a competitively cheaper option than B&N. But once in awhile, I'll buy from Amazon when they have a price that just can't be matched (while most of the time, I don't mind paying slightly more elsewhere).
Local bookstores are often hit or miss in my experience, either being barely a step up over a thrift store, or having a major chain selection of new & used but with a lot more charm. I always make an effort of finding something to buy when visiting them. I've found that a lot of dead or dying shopping malls are becoming popular locations for local bookstores to open, so I recommend checking them out.
I also like to browse the book sections at thrift stores, which are plentiful around here and keep popping up. I don't find anything to buy the vast majority of the time, but happening upon an expensive, out-of-print hardcover edition of a paperback I already own for a dollar or two (which I did a couple weeks ago), or just finding a book I've wanted to read or own for a long time for a buck is always fun.
My rough breakdown:
Barnes & Noble - 50% Books-A-Million - 25% Amazon - 15% Thrift - 5% Other (Local/Walmart/Target, etc.) - 5%

Amazon and the occasional locals store or department store for mainstream stuff. Second hand book stores used to be my favourite years ago but don’t get the time these days.
