How about we start a Worldofkj blog. Box office articles are posted there with the ease of wordpress instead of going through the code of running a mainsite. Once WOKJ has articles this would allow us to post links in places like reddit and twitter.

I think if we're lazy we could also just jump to a twitter account and just post numbers once a week. A quick google search tells me we have a reputation for being one of the best sources for Japan box office numbers.

1) Reach out to old members and get them to return in some capacity, even limited. Perhaps we can pay them for slight presence on forums and more importantly, material for the main page.

2) Cherry pick the premier BOT posters and bring them here, have them bring other posters with them. May need to give them time on the front page

3) Recruit a name from other entity to join. What is Ray Subers doing nowadays? The guy from BoxOfficeGuru? Xaiyun has follows as does ChipMunky. How do some of those random sites get their access to info? How do we get this? bribes?

4) Get some authentic, intelligent material on box office, present it well
-Long range forecast with a scientific process
-Week to week analysis
-Throwback Thursday articles recalling epic runs of the past, using citations from KJ's threads at the time of course
-Get the premiere personality to contribute, put personal spin on it, connect
-Note that we MUST make and publish some gutsy, well reasoned, industry trumping predictions to garner attention and hopefully acclaim.

5) Market
-Need to preset this on any formats. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

6) CONSISTENCY
-Need material through next Avengers. Execute a 7-8 month plan of content distribution and legitimate marketing and reevaluate position at that point.

1. Someone who wants to be in charge buys everything.
2. We change the name. KJ is dead.
3. We look through the dead weight topic threads and clean it up. (BOT for instance is a mess with that whole sub forum feature) and decide where we should focus on.
4. Creating a Digital youtube channel (Even if it was something as stupid as Mojo, we'd have a solid link basis, because our top 10 lists are always better than theres, and thats a way to start, We could also have people do trailer reactions if they wanted to, However to Gamur's point, we'd start being more in the open
5. While this is happening, we don't have to be on our best behaviors but the personal insults need to stop. If you disagree, keep it topical. Nothing turns new members away faster than looking at a good box office thread and two of us are talking about how stupid the other person is.
