Who does this purely to have the walk? Like, I don't mean you walk to work one day instead of taking the bus or car. I mean, you are at home with nothing to do, and you decide for the next [insert time here] that you will be walking. Anyone do that? I do, though usually to fulfill my steps for the day. |

Well there's a trail next to my house next home that leads to the town library so I might go there. But no often when I do think (lets go for a walk!) I think of an activity or destination for the walk. |

I walk. Prefer a nice evening walk. Maybe listen to some music or a podcast. |
