Like, how about if I was glad they died and wanted to celebrate my joy...

Maybe something like "RIH" (Rot in Hell)

RIH works.

Urban also simply mentions the use of RIP but it then meaning Rest in Pieces.

Isn't that something that Rainier Wolfcastle said as a mock of Arnold?

Also I've been thinking, why RIP...I feel that, Rest in Peace makes sense to say when paying respects, but when saying RIP, using an abbreviation it makes it feel not very sincere to me.
When you want to say Rest in Peace about someone you care, why be lazy about it.

It's a good point, and the only conclusion can be that I guess they just don't care that much.

If they are being cremated, then yes. But "rot in hell" works for burials.
