Dick Cheney? When I read the press I could start to think it. But I have no idea who and how Pence is. So US-Folks tell me how you see it. |

http://www.politifact.com/california/statements/2016/jul/28/gavin-newsom/true-mike-pence-advocated-conversion-therapy/ California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom said Indiana Governor and Republican Vice Presidential candidate Mike Pence "advocated for diverting taxpayer dollars to so-called conversion therapy." Pence’s own words on his campaign website from 2000 make his stance, at least at the time, very clear: "Resources should be directed toward those institutions which provide assistance to those seeking to change their sexual behavior." So Pence might not be so oil and gun happy as Cheney, but he is scary. |

Well, Pence thinks aborted fetuses should have funeral services and that gay youth can be converted to straight using "therapy," so you tell me. |

Well not necessarily a funeral but I do think it is wrong to destroy fetuses purposefully unless the mother is in danger. I could also understand rape, because then it would not be her fault. |

Sorry but your views were left behind in the 1970s. Women have a right to choose what to do with their bodies, deal with it. |

Pence pushes for email privacy http://www.politico.com/blogs/donald-trump-administration/2016/11/pence-email-privacy-indiana-231332 "Vice President-elect Mike Pence is seeking to keep secret the contents of an email relating to Indiana’s participation, at his behest, in a lawsuit to block President Barack Obama’s executive actions on immigration, an Indianapolis Star article revealed Monday." Complete transparency... |

Has Pence made any policy claims about conversion therapy? Or does he just support it? Because there isn't really anything wrong as long as he doesn't force people to get it. |

Hilarious that after all that endless email witch hunting for Hillary, Pence wants to shield his emails from view and we're just supposed to accept it. Such hypocritical bullshit. But what else is new? |

Supporting religious quackery that's been roundly denounced by the medical community and has caused demonstrable harm to a number of people is wrong. |
