'stand your ground' law and others
https://www.cnn.com/2018/07/23/us/florida-stand-your-ground-fatal-shooting/index.htmlSo I read this article above and I feel there's so many ways about it actually. Should you be allowed to shoot (to kill) someone who attacks you? Should you be allowed to carry a gun around? Should you be allowed to push someone who's being an ass to you? Should you be allowed to park in handicapped spots if you're not handicapped? Where does what go wrong here I wonder? Following the law it seems fair to me the killer walks, but is the law right?

Re: 'stand your ground' law and others
This is ludicrous. Fuck what the law says. If you carry a gun around, you're intending to shoot someone. End of. Getting involved in a parking matter that's none of your business. Yeah, you wanted that to happen, and you wanted to shoot a person. He should be sent to prison for life.
And no, you should not be allowed to park in handicapped spaces, but death is not the right penalty, and whatever the penalty is it should not be handed out by another member of the public.
Pushing someone is fine. Settle it with a push. There's no need for someone's life to be lost over a dispute. If both parties really feel that a fight is necessary, then that'll be settled with fists, but usually one would back down after a push as they realise it's actually not worth it, especially over something that is none of their fucking business.

Should you be allowed to shoot (to kill) someone who attacks you? In self defense Should you be allowed to carry a gun around? If it's legal and I only support concealed. Open Carry is nonsense to me. Should you be allowed to push someone who's being an ass to you? No, unless you were pushed first Should you be allowed to park in handicapped spots if you're not handicapped? No, get a handicap placard

Re: 'stand your ground' law and others
If your life is being threatened by someone attacking you are you not going to use whatever force necessary to SAVE yourself. Please. Save yourself first...fight it in court if necessary later.
Now now...if you have clearly overpowered the wench attacking you somehow there's no need to Finish the person but in the heat of defense if you happen to end them then so be it.

Re: 'stand your ground' law and others
I'm not willing to kill someone. Possibly if they were pointing a gun at me, but I can't imagine many other scenarios.

I'll kill everyone for that baby. Even if you look at him.

Why is that? Why should it be OK to walk around with a hidden weapon of murder in any situation (unless you're like a CIA op or something)? Obviously people who would feel threatened if they can see you're carrying, might not when concealed, but what is the point of concealing it really?

Re: 'stand your ground' law and others
I wonder if any KJers have ever carried a concealed weapon before. If I had to guess, I'd say PassionateThug has.
