Nandos is good, but I much prefer BonChon (double fried Korean wings chain...literally addictive).

I wanted to open a Nandos in the US after I visited. Market is wide open for a non fried healthier franchise over there. Didnt realise it was already open in some states back then.

I was actually offered first dibs on opening a store here about 7-8 years ago but didnt do it.

Of course it's not. The wings at Bonchon are deep fried twice. That's what makes them so good and crispy as all hell, though.

Offcourse Nandos is much much healthier. Actually - eating Nandos without the chips (and less of the bread/rice) is pretty much perfect for a healthy diet.

Though would love to try those twice fried wings!!
