I'd have thought that you would urinate less, as keeping fluids inside your body means warmth.

WHen your body temperature drops, your body will start to reduce heat loss by constricting your blood vessels in none essential parts of you body (extremities, skin, etc) and reducing blow flow. Then your blood pressure will rise. In response, the kidneys will try to reduce that pressure by putting out liquids and making you pee.

Yup, and still studying. And to think I only started studying medicine because I had no idea what to do with my life, it was just a random desicion. But turns out I'm pretty good at it, we'll, that's what I think. :P

Oh yes, but sometimes I get annoyed by stupid and very rude people, and annoying first time parents. :pinch: but, that's part of the job I guess...

Well yeah but I still get annoyed by them. They're sooo thick headed :pinch: but still pretty awesome when you really help someone, really satisfying.

It's been cold today. I have urinated 6 times. I've drank no fluids and eaten no food. Oh, what's that! I just read Gamaur's post. I guess I have a schlong. ;)

I love how random thoughts like this can sometimes occupy you. Happens to me all the time too. Yesterday, I wondered why my ears (or one ear rather) sometimes just gets hot and red for no reason for a few minutes or an hour. This happens to people all the time, but I never bothered to find out why, so I went ahead and googled it at last, hehe.

On a side note, googling for any symtoms is just fatal. Whatever it is, there will be someone who'll suggest that it could be some deadly disease. The hot ears are caused by vasodilatation (more blood flow in the ears), but of course there was an answer that suggested that it could also be caused by a small tumor. :lol:

Seems to be universal, they say the same in Germany and in Russia, but I believe that lacks a scientific basis.
