 Why do women like gay men? I have some questions that I don't understand. I think they're probably thread worthy. This is the first one.

Re: Why do women like gay men? Because it is always good to have male and female friends. However, with straight male friends there is always a chance (sometimes small, sometimes big) that the person would be interested in you in another way or the other way around. Gay men are therefore "safe".
That is a generalized answer to a very generalizing question.

Do they share similar hobbies? or likes (besides the obvious)?
It seems odd that they cannot have the same relationship with a trusting hetero.
