 Frozen yogurt Anybody been to any of those frozen yogurt shops?
I believe there is one in Hollywood called frog, and many around the world called Snog.
They seems to be popular and "healthy".
Anyone?

Re: Frozen yogurt My wife and I used to like to go out and eat at one nearby. They can be ~healthy, but only if you stick to the plain yogurt and fruit toppings. Otherwise it is just like going out for ice cream. Most places do tend to have plenty of fruit toppings though.
Now my wife and I just make our own smoothies without adding additional sugar, etc. Those are just as good .
