I alternate -- soap gives me a sense of accomplishment that body wash does not...but soap is impractical for locker rooms. My favorites: WFM 365 Grapefruit or Dr. Bronner's Peppermint/ Eucalyptus Technically, body wash is better for your skin. Soap leaves a film. Also, soap comes from, like, beef fat...which is pretty gross. |

Bar Soap. I'm all about the cheaper alternative. That and there's really no difference in the surfactants used to clean and they aren't nearly that hard on the skin as they once were. |
