But the long-cherished right to have a cold one behind the wheel is about to end. advertisement State lawmakers passed an open-container ban Friday that makes Montana one of the last states to outlaw drinking while driving. I guess it's gonna suck even more driving on Montana freeways now. First goes the "reasonable & prudent" speed limit law, now the drinking. It's becoming less and less "kooky" by the day ;-) |

Just a question about that law, is there any drunk driving laws? Cuz you can be drinking a beer and not be drunk. |
