No offense, but maybe the reason you're being outsourced is because you spent work time on the internet.

actually, part of my job consisted of me being on the internet. booking flights, hotels, research, photo rights and replication contracts, web based data consolidations. Even when I was goofing noone quite cared as everyone did it, and never had a reprimand. but thanks for your concern.

I really appreciate that advice... those are honestly great goals, and I hope I can meet those. I already have one interview set up for Friday.. so we'll see. Thank you again.
