Godzilla received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Monday, 50 years after he stomped onto movie screens and hours before the premiere of his latest film, "Godzilla: Final Wars."
Producer Shogo Tomiyama appeared at a ceremony outside Grauman's Chinese Theatre, where the 2,271st star is located.

On screen, the fire-breathing sea creature was spawned by nuclear weapons testing. He made his appearance in Japanese theaters in November 1954 — while the United States was conducting nuclear tests in the South Pacific.

This movie will flat out RULE and I look forward to seeing the REAL Godzilla take out Sony's Godzilla in their respective battle.. Hell, I think they said Godzilla will battle 10 Monsters..

i've not heard much of this film. but i plan on reading up on it tomorrow now.

I've always been a fan of the Godzilla Millennium movies like Godzilla vs King Ghidorah vs Mothra: All Out Monsters Attack, which I have on DVD and FINAL WARS will be even better..

Yes, the big guy will meet his demise in this I suppose, at least until they ressurect him a few years down the road, I think they said 10 years.. I just hope he whips the fuck out of Sony's Godzilla is all I want to see..
