Re: tonymontana i think most people began initially posting there because they didn't agree with what Eagle did. well it failed miserably anyway. the popularity must have been very superficial. considering the vast amount of people that began posting there returned to KJ within 48 hours. leaving it dead and buried in less than 3 or 4 days.
it was a disaster.

There are clearly two parties here hating each other. Fine. Nothing will change what one party thinks of another.
At the end of the day it doesn't matter who is even right here. What matters is that fights like this one are discouraging new posters or infrequent posters to ever fully start posting here. This thing just has a very negative vibe to it. Argos, getluv, snack etc. - you might enjoy it. But others do not.
Some might have left because of particular posters here. However, I know very well that some others left not because of just one or two particular people, but simply because of this constant fighting that never ceases. And before anyone here starts calling "Well, it's not my fault it's his/theirs!!111"...just consider not replying to the baits/taunts anymore. That concerns both sides.
As an admin I see it as my responsibility to keep this place as "civil" as possible. Of course occasional fights and flame wars are not to be avoided and they are what makes online message boards afterall. But this has gotten out of control months ago. Clearly the involved give little thought to the act that it, indeed, scares off other posters. I do, however.
Stop this.
