Yes RT has been in a bit of a rut of late. I have pm's go missing i've had my posts dissapear i've been told no such link is found I've been bounced to other forums I've been having problems with RT I now contact people through email or on the phone cause of damn fucking RT!

Posts and links have been dissappearing due to the topics being erased by mods. Its quite understandable since you have these jackasses who break the forum rules and post explicit and inappropiate pictures on the topics. The mods get lazy and just erase the entire topic when that happens

Some savvy hacker has destroyed RT, at least for today. I'm assuming it's someone that was banned recently. Some are saying Red Beard, but that's just speculation. Anyway, they have jumped from about 400 posters a few days ago to over 2 million today, and that's just in one forum! Obviously this is an attack by some cowardly internet terrorist.
