How is it useless? They can buy food and alcohol. That serves a use.

Homeless people are most likely on the street because of bad decisions, giving them money to make more of them doesn't help in my opinion.

I also believe most homeless people have families or friends who are angry with them, they usually are not completely alone in the world.

I think most of their families are angry at them for being drunks or drug addicts.

Gays are usually intelligent and successful people though, right? Very few are homeless I would imagine.
