Re: Have you ever been in a fight? Though I kinda miss it. Especially pencak silat. The trainer was a total badass:  He has been doing pencak silat since 1975 and 1990 he was sent by the Indonesian pencak silat organisation IPSI to Europe as the official emissary of the art. He has reached the 2nd-highest attainable level at pencak silat and he is regularly travelling to Sweden, Belgium, Spain or Austria to supervise championships and give workshops. Basically the best person you can imagine studying the art under. He has a huge collection of ancient silat weapons at home (like the knives you see). I did some training with dull knives, but mostly with fighting sticks. The guy is about 165-168 cm tall and weighs no more than 55-57 kg, but he could get you on the ground within a second. _________________The greatest thing on earth is to love and to be loved in return!
