I hadn’t thrown up in 15 years and last night I just started hurling. I thought I’d feel better in the morning and all I did was drink water and eat applesauce, and it came right back up. Any tips? I’m trying not to dehydrate or starve to death lol.

Must be food poisoning. You should go to doctor and yes keep yourself hydrated as much as possible. Try to avoid solid foods for a few days.

Go to a cvs, get a pedialyte or 2. Best thing for dehydration, and also high in zinc and potassium which is also important. Then just crackers.

If you can’t hold that down, try an urgent care

You probably just caught something. In college our floor got the noro virus and everyone was throwing up for a day or two. Give it 24 hours then if you still have a problem you can start thinking about a doctor

Yeah probably food poisoning. Rest and drink some gatorade.

I feel way better now. All I ate yesterday was two rolls, some cornbread, a bit of beef pot pie (like less than a handful just to see if I could handle it and a cracker. I drank an entire half gallon of Gatorade. All my other cold symptoms like congestion and sore throat are lesser as well.

Yikes. How do you feel now?

Not digesting everything super well, have had little appetite. But I’m holding everything in pretty well, have not thrown up since Saturday morning.

Still vomiting?

Lol no I’d be dead if I couldn’t eat by now.
