 Poutine Today I found out that a poutine place has opened up in Cologne, so I went there to check it out. Since my visit to Montreal (trixster) in 2011, where I ate poutine almost every day during my seven day stay, this was the first time that poutine I tried outside of Canada kinda tasted like the real thing! Because they actually used cheese curds and not just some random cheese. Cheese curds are nearly impossible to come by here.
That made my day. Maybe even my week. I have been craving good poutine for five years now.

Re: Poutine I thought I'd hate poutine, but even though I didn't have the proper kind (I was in Vegas, not Canada) I actually thought it was delicious. Wish they'd have a place like that over here, instead of yet another kebab shop.
