Just bought my wife a MacBook Air. The Apple Store is like another world to someone like me - I'm still using a Nokia. It was the first time I had been in an Apple Store and the experience was great.

I walked in looking for products. There weren't any. Talked to a lovely guy called Adam who walked me through everything. I chose the product and suddenly it appeared from nowhere.
