I mean, this stuff has to be the best thing sliced bread, right? Dead serious - my head almost exploded with the first bite. It was like seeing my first born child all over again - the love was THAT powerful!

yeah we discussed this in the food thread but its deserving of its own too.

Been eating it since 1999 - must have spent over $30k there since.

Excel I take it its Hot or Extra Hot for you? Didn't you have it when you were in Oz?

Nandos is good, but I much prefer BonChon (double fried Korean wings chain...literally addictive).

And back then there weren't all that many stores. Now they are almost more common than McDonalds and KFC!! Everywhere.

I wanted to open a Nandos in the US after I visited. Market is wide open for a non fried healthier franchise over there. Didnt realise it was already open in some states back then.

I was actually offered first dibs on opening a store here about 7-8 years ago but didnt do it.

I dragged my girlfriend to Nando's when we were in London last year, just based on the posts in this forum. Yeah, 'twas good.

Bonchon is the greatest

Even superior to Nandos? I could open several Bonchons via franchising. Theyre that good?

LOL go for it. And yes, Bonchon is amazing. Best wings I've ever had. Also, they have seasoned fries that come with sriracha mayo and...drool. Like, my inner fat kid comes out there.

Like, tell me these don't look amazing:

Well is it as healthy as Nandos though? Nandos tastes as good as the worlds best fast food shit but isn't bad for you at all.

IMO Nandos as a fast casual manner would blow Chipotle out of the water. :shades:

Of course it's not. The wings at Bonchon are deep fried twice. That's what makes them so good and crispy as all hell, though.

Offcourse Nandos is much much healthier. Actually - eating Nandos without the chips (and less of the bread/rice) is pretty much perfect for a healthy diet.

Though would love to try those twice fried wings!!

Timing wasn't right. Though never say never.

And if ever do - lifetime Nandos on the house for Rev.
