It's very possible this is the most I've laughed in years, and it only gets funniest on re-watch. She sounds like fucking CARTMAN.

And I think she actually might have a right to the rhubarb on that side of the fence, too. I remember something about trees or vines overlapping properties depending on the property line. From the looks of it, the rhubarb is planted on the inside of the fence (or the one lady actually placed her fence on-top or around the existing plant) making the leaves outside the fence free game... I think.

Natural trees and vines yes, but there is actually a law stating if it's your personal property, it can be ruled in your favor. In the sense of "If my car is in the alley, it's still my car bitch"
It also goes to just because there is a fence there it doesn't actually mean that's the end of the property line. The dude made a mistake by not filming her hitting him, should have had the camera on her at all times. Large Marge was downright crazy.
