Re: Getting raped in Dubai i agree that these cases are somewhat different. it's more likely the U.S. rape victim will commit suicide/go insane/lead a miserable life because she gets blamed for the rape, while the Norwegian victim will simply rot in prison until she dies. but both cases happened in similar and comparable oppressive shit societies, I think we can agree on this.
