Africanized, lol. It is a caricature...that's how they work. And I'd say the artist is drawing more on the fact that she is being a baby than anything to do with her skin colour.

I think it's a little too close to the old racist cartoons, he could have toned down her features a bit. It doesn't help that he made the opponent a hot blonde girl when she was playing the black asian Naomi Osaka. Having a normal black girl in the cartoon would help imply the problem is Serena not black people

Yeah, this is just playing the race card because they can. There is nothing racial about that cartoon. In caricatures, even white people have big lips.

The other player in the cartoon looks nothing like Naomi Osaka (hairstyle, body shape, color) but a caricature skinny blonde girl.
