 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
The Raptors need to fire pretty much everyone. Will take half a decade to move on from the embarrassment of the Bryan Colangelo era. No pick this year, tons of stupid contracts, no blue chip young talents. One of the worst sports GM jobs of the last 10 years easily considering he started with a a perfect situation (a superstar in Bosh, a #1 pick, a 2nd rookie of the year player in Villaneuva, rights to Calderon and unlimited capspace) and it will end up being a 7-10 year playoff drought before the team gets back there assuming they nuke the team so they can tank for Andrew Wiggins next season. That's just brutal

I was at the Nets/Warriors game last night. David Lee & S.Curry were awesome. Though they got helped by Nets turning the ball over one too many times in the 2nd half.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Every time that I see the Heat play I swear that they are in total cruise control. Lebron starts off making 9/10 shots and then almost seems to get bored. I know they have lost 5 games this year already, but I just don't see the defensive effort like they had in the playoffs.
Still most likely to win another championship this year imo...

They were also playing the Hornets/Pelicans.

Against the Grizzlies, Clippers or the Knicks (when they were beaten thoroughly), they still seem to only play for stretches and don't expend any energy on defense (they are 25th in defense this year). Just kind of going through the motions...

That's my bad. When I read "total cruise-control", for some reason I was thinking you meant the exact opposite.

It's awesome that the Clippers are going to set their franchise record for wins in a row on Dec 21st (playing vs Kings, a softball). Also Raptors maybe win 5th game in a row on the same night

If our crap GM trades Terrence Ross in a panic move this deadline, I'm gonna be mad pissed. All-star potential IMO

Clippers officially 1st in the league. The gap between now and the 'doomed. forever.' team they were like a year + 2 weeks ago, is amazing

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Avery Johnson gets fired. Prokerhov will surely offer Phil the highest coaching salary ever, and if he still refuses, he'll make him an offer he can't refuse

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
I think something around Pau to Charlotte for Ben Gordon and Hakim Warrick or w/e could work. Gordon gives them some boost off the bench. Charlotte hopes Pau starts putting up 18/10 again where he'd have lots of trade value in a year

According to KG, Carmello Anthony's wife tastes like Honey Nut Cheerios. Man, I love this story so much.

And Anthony gets suspended a game for confronting Garnett. Such an easy trick and he fell right for it.

 Re: NBA 2012-13 Season
Yup. But I mean, this team has potential. It's just not going to click as fast as people thought. Although Heat did a lot better in its first year together, but they were still a bit off. This team has even more problems considering a new coach, completely new system, etc. They'll just barely make it into the playoffs, I guess, but that means facing Clippers or Thunder in Round 1. Which is no good.
