Re: World Cup 2014 What a game. The second half was so one-sided it was painful to watch outside Howard's heroics; felt it's like 11-on-1 throughout. Then the second OT was so inspiring that made me feel we deserved an equalizer just for that.

Re: World Cup 2014 Well, at least I guessed every single winner of the round right, though that's mainly because the favorites won every single match.
Now I'm gonna say that Germany, Argentina, Netherlands and Colombia (!) will win. I see Colombia edging out Brazil. Netherlands should have the clearest victory.
Semi-finals could go either way, but I am thinking we could very well be seeing a Germany/Netherlands finale.
IF, however, Brazil wins against Colombia, I believe they will win against Germany too and Germany will come in third against Argentina. Netherlands and Brazil will play, with Brazil winning the WC.

The USA progressed further than Spain, Italy and England, but it is retarded to say that because the USA got further, they somehow play football better than Spain.
The end result is the same; the USA is going home empty-handed. Same as England, Spain, and Italy.
