Mission: Impossible 3 Scores $15-18 million!

Using Box Office reports, crowd reports, and Yahoo! user reviews, The World of KJ estimates that Mission: Impossible 3 has pulled in $15-18 million on it's opening Friday.

Michael Xia, a columnist at WoKJ, said the following regarding the Yahoo! reviews for MI3, "I do think there is some clogging going on, as indicated by the good jump in the latest update without anything on the front page. However, the percentage of written reviews isn't alarmingly high, and there was never one update the entire day where one would jump and say "that's nice". I think Yahoo numbers clearly show the general lack of enthusiasm, regardless how the ratio could be distorted. Right now I'm going with $15-18m for Friday."

WoKJ's users have been using Yahoo! reviews to track openers for years. While the system is not full proof, it generally produces a very accurate estimate.

WoKJ's estimate of $15-18 million would prove to be a slight disappointment for Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible 3.
