With X-Men: First Class, the only wide opener this weekend, look for it open in the top spot this weekend in the neighborhood of 70 Million this weekend. Last weekend 2 openers both relativity weak tuesday and wedsenday box office numbers, so I expect large than normal drops for the types of movies they are. In 2nd place wil be Hangover Part 2 should drop about 62% for 33M. In 3rd Place will be Kung Fu Panda 2 droping by about half for 24M. 4th place will be the 4th insallment of the Pirates of the Carribean Series, On Strange Tides, expect it drop a normal 50% drop for a summer blockbuster for a 19.9M. In 5th is Bridesmaids, showing good legs with, look for ease 31% for a 11.5M weekend. In 6th is Thor for 4.5M. In 7th is Fast Five with another relativity good drop of 36% for 4.1M. In 8th place will be Midnight In Paris first of 2 limited run movies in the top 10, expanding from 58 to 147 theaters, it should increase about 59% for 3.1M this weekend. In 9th entering the top 10will be another limited run movie Tree of Life, expanding it's theater count to 20,maintain a very strong PTA average this with a box office about 917K this weekend. By the way The Tree Of Life in making the top 10 this weekend will have one of the lowest theater counts in years for a top 10 movie. In 10th will be Jumping The Broom drop again by about half for about 904K. That's it for this weekend.
