About the Grand Prize:

IFC's Emmy nominated Dinner for Five hosted by Jon Favreau (Elf, Zathura), features the biggest and brightest Hollywood stars talking shop and swapping stories. It's candid, its hilarious, and its no holds barred. Season One's guests include Vince Vaughn, Sarah Silverman, Joey Lauren Adams, Andy Dick, Sean Astin, David Cross, Adam Goldberg, Daryl Hannah, among others.

AMC's Sunday Morning Shoot Out features arguably two of the brightest minds in the biz. Peter Bart (Editor in Chief of Variety) and Peter Guber (producer of Batman, former head of Columbia Pictures). Their insider perspective is absolutely necessary to understand the business of entertainment. From big budget summer tentpole films, to the latest indie sensation, Peter and Peter know it all.

HBO's Project Greenlight, produced by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck managed to show the good, the bad, and the ugly side of filmmaking . Season 1 saw the development of Stolen Summer and Season 2 featured the highs and lows of The Battle of Shaker Heights. Fights, firings, and more swear words than an episode of Deadwood.

Werner Herzog's Burden of Dreams (Grizzly Man) offers an extraordinary look into the chaos surrounding the production of Fitzcarraldo. Cast members drop out, weather fails, and a war erupts between Peru and Ecuador that threatens to destroy the lives of everyone involved in the production. A must see for fans of Hearts of Darkness.

Winner of the Grand Jury Prize at the 1999 Sundance Film Festival, American Movie shows the struggles of Mark Borchardt in making his low budget horror film Coven. Using relatives, local theater talent, slacker friends, his Mastercard, and $3,000 from his Uncle Bill, Mark strives over three years to finish Coven. Self doubt, substance abuse, and a dysfunctional family all stand in his way.
